Varietal Composition: 70% Roditis 30% Assyrtiko.


The Enipeas was to Greek mythology a river god, a river that now runs through the estate Brintziki.
White vinification with Pre-fermentation extraction and maturation on fine lees.
Intense floral aromas, crisp acidity in the mouth and elegant aftertaste. Serve at 8-100C
